The War at Home
Story aired: Tuesday, August 02, 2005

Bellingham is often described as a "bedroom community." The town, situated in southeastern Massachusetts, is home to some 15,000 people.

Grassroots, a phrase that politicians often toss around, could easily be applied to Bellingham. It's a town that shoulders the workload when needed, and provides soldiers during times of war.

Currently, there are six Marines from this small town deployed overseas
