Miners Still Trapped Story aired: Tuesday, January 03, 2006
There was bad news today for the loved ones of the 13 coal miners trapped underground in West Virginia since an explosion early yesterday.
Rescuers punched a hole in the mine this morning and found what's described as "very dangerous and toxic levels" of carbon monoxide. Nevertheless, officials and family members say they are continuing to hope.
