Hamas Poised for Big Showing

With just two days to go before Palestinians vote in their first parliamentary elections in a decade, polls show the Islamic group Hamas prepared to post big wins.

Hamas is the biggest challenge to the ruling Fatah party which is led by Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas. Despite millions of dollars in U.S. and European aid, Fatah has been unable to hold onto its lead.
