Caught on Tape
Story aired: Thursday, March 02, 2006

Just four days after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, President Bush said in an interview, "I don't think anybody anticipated a breach of the levies."

That statement is now being contradicted by a video conference call, recently obtained by the Associated Press. In the video, which was recorded the day before Katrina hit, the president is heard being warned by government officials that the levees could be breached.

Joining Here and Now with more on the newly released video Spencer Hsu, Homeland Security Correspondent for the Washington Post.
