The Idan Raichel's Project
Israeli Pop Revolution
Story aired: Wednesday, April 12, 2006

Although there are about 90,000 Ethiopian Jews in Israel today, many of them continue to struggle to gain acceptance within the Israeli Society.

Musician Idan Raichel is looking to unite the two groups musically by injecting Ethiopian flavor into the musical blend that already exists in Israel.

Raichel joins us in the studio to talk about his band, Idan Raichel's Project.
