State's Sue over Fuel Efficiency

As Congress struggles to bring down high gas prices, some state leaders are questioning why the biggest sport utility vehicles exempt from new fuel economy standards. And some states, Washington DC and New York City are filing a lawsuit today, claiming that the new SUV mileage standards are not tough enough and therefore hurt the environment.
