Court Says Bush Overstepped Authority Story aired: Thursday, June 29, 2006
The Supreme Court ruled that President Bush overstepped his authority in ordering military war crimes trials for the detainees held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. This morning's much anticipated decision will be a major set back for the Bush administration.
