Here & Now's Kim Motylewski went walking with naturalist and expert forager, Russ Cohen, a man who makes his dinner of the unlikely wild plants he finds growing among the weeds.
Russ, the author of "Wild Plants I have Known and Eaten," joins us along with Kim Motylewski, wh has also published an article on foraging in a new magazine called "Edible Boston."
