NOLA Hurricane Insurance Trial

A Pascagoula Mississippi couple claims their insurance company, Nationwide Mutual, denied coverage of damage caused by hurricane Katrina's wind driven storm surge. Still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Gulfport, Mississippi will be the site of this trial, which could affect flood insurance nationwide.
