One year after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is still going through some major changes. The President says the Big Easy will rise again. But what will that city look like?

We speak to historian Douglas Brinkley about some aspects of New Orleans' post-Katrina transformation. Inaction, he says, has turned Louisiana into a republican state.
