Ford Motor Company has announced this morning that it will cut more than 10,000 salaried jobs, offer buyouts to all of its 75,000 hourly workers and shut down two more plants...we'll speak with Micheline Maynard of the New York Times about what's happening at Ford and what it could mean for the American car industry.
