In an election season that's been plagued with problems at the polls because election districts have been switching from paper ballots and lever machines to electronic voting. Several states encountered human and electronic blunders that led to long lines and delays in vote counting. And election experts say this could become a crisis on the November general election.
Maryland suffered some of the worst problems on its primary day last week. Dr. Bob Pastor, who heads American University's Center for Democracy and Election Management, has watched those developments carefully.
