This is one secret North Korea is not keeping. The isolated communist country today claims it has joined the elite club of nuclear-armed nations, with a successful test of a nuclear weapon last night.
In response the United Nations Security Council today condemned North Korea and demanded it return to 6- party talks on its weapons program. Meanwhile, the Iranian state radio blamed the nuclear test on U.S. pressure, saying :it was a reaction to America's threats and humiliation.
