Parkour: Can You Defy Gravity?
Story aired: Friday, November 17, 2006

Parkour, a French-inspired combination of martial arts and gymnastics, is gaining popularity in America. It is even featured in the new Bond movie, "Casino Royale."

Parkour participants, known as traceurs, tumble over stairs and jump from ledges. But traceurs say they are not concerned with showy maneveurs.

Parkour is about moving effectively.
