More than a million people are spending time -- and money -- in the virtual online world called Second Life. Linden Lab, the creators of Second Life expect more than $60 million to be spent on virtual real estate and goods in the virtual world this year.
We talk about the phenomenon with David Weinberger of the Berkman Center for the Internet and Society at Harvard Law School and Gary Goldberger, Ambassador for Games for Change in Second Life, and Linden Lab employee John Lester, known in Second Life by his avatar name, Pathfinder Linden.
