President Bush continues his Iraq War listening tour Tuesday, holding a teleconference with military leaders in Iraq and then meeting with the Iraqi vice president in the White House.
On Monday, Bush met with three retired generals and two academics, one of them Dr. Stephen Biddle, former professor at the U.S. Army War College and a military specialists at the Council on Foreign Relations.
