Kenya Runners
Story aired: Friday, December 22, 2006

In the highlands of western Kenya, running is a way of life. Training camps dot the landscape and the area's biggest homes and businesses are often owned by athletes. In no place is this more true than a small town called Iten. With a population of just 4000 people, Iten is home to about 500 runners. Half of those are professionals, who make a very good living at the sport
