Alexandra Pelosi, the daughter of Nancy Pelosi and a documentary filmmaker gets behind the camera and takes road trips. This time the road trip is to the Christian evangelical heartland. "Friends of God "airs tonight on HBO.
The film features a Christian wrestling match, a drive-through church booth, the Christian miniature golf course complete with a life-sized empty tomb of Jesus and now disgraced evangelical leader the Reverend Ted Haggard.
