Senator Barack Obama (AP Photo)
Campaign 2008
Story aired: Monday, February 12, 2007

Barack Obama became an official presidential candidate this weekend, Rudy Giuliani is playing coy regarding his presidential plans and candidate Hillary Clinton campaigning for the first time in New Hampshire was repeatedly asked by voters whether she thought her vote to authorize war in Iraq was a mistake.

It was a busy weekend for presidential hopefuls and it is going to stay this heated because the candidates have less time. As many as16 states are so anxious to have an early say on the nomination process that they are considering moving their primaries to within two weeks of New Hampshire's, which is scheduled tentatively for January 22, 2008.
