Julian Zelizer, professor of history in Boston University
Preserving Presidential History
Story aired: Monday, February 19, 2007

Presidential libraries and museums are making the president's day holiday with special exhibits and events today.

Boston University presidential scholar Julian Zelizer discusses some recently found footage of JFK in Dallas and how we remember our president's in museums and libraries. Zelizer also gives his take on Executive Order 13233, an act some fear could redistrict access to documents at all of the presidential libraries.
