Bush, Congress Showdown?

Democrats in the House and Senate are insisting that Harriet Miers and Karl Rove describe their roles in the firings of eight federal prosecutors on the record and under oath. President Bush vows he will fight any attempts to have them testify under other.

Today we explore one option the White House counsel, Fred Fielding, might pursue: invoking executive privilege. Our guest is Jonathan Turley of George Washington University's School of Law.
