Passover Shmarah
Story aired: Monday, April 02, 2007

Passover begins at sunset tonight and during the Passover Seder, Orthodox Jews eat only the hand-made round flat matzos called shmarah matzos, or "matzot."

Jon Kalish visited a bakery in Brooklyn devoted to making shmarah matzos, that at this time of year is a scene of controlled pandemonium.
