Could Virginia Tech have kept a closer eye on Seung-Hui Cho?
On Wednesday, a former University of Maryland College Park police officer told Here & Now's Robin Young that his school and others have threat assessment team that tracks students who show potentially violent behavior.
So what procedures did Virginia Tech have in place? To find out, we speak with Debra Duncan, who was police chief of that university until July of last year.
