Residents of Greenburg, KS are being allowed back into the tornado-ravaged town for a second day today. Meanwhile, Governor Kathleen Sebelius is concerned that the National Guard's resources are stretched too thin. We speak with Major General Tod Bunting, who heads the Kansas National Guard.
