On this Memorial Day, Here and Now's Alex Ashlock speaks to two women about their sons who were both killed in fighting in Iraq.

June Davis of Grand Rapids, Michigan speaks about her son, Billy, who was 26 when he was killed Killed when a makeshift bomb exploded near his vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad.

Elfriede Plumondore of Gresham, Oregon shares the story of her son, Adam, who was killed by a carbomb in Mosul, Iraq on February 16, 2005. Adam was 22.
