We talk with Jim Havens, vice-president for Safeco company and American Family Insurance spokesperson Steven Witmer about the "Teensurance Program," which puts a GPS device in the teenager's vehicle and sends parents a text message when their teenager drives above a pre-set speed limit. We also look at the "Teensafe" driver program which puts a camera into the car that video footage is monitored and parents get weekly reports.
