Battle Brewing Over "S-CHIP" Story aired: Wednesday, September 26, 2007
Congress is considering reauthorization of the State Children's Health Insurance Program or "S-CHIP." The program expires at the end of this week and President Bush promises to veto it if Congress as expected boosts spending on the program to $35 billion.
