California is leading the nation in solar power, accounting for 70 percent of all solar panel installations in the country, In some cities, new homes with solar energy are selling faster then traditional ones.

Julia Judd Hamm, Executive Director of the California-based Solar Electric Power Association, tells us what is behind the boom.
