Military contractors have immunity from prosecution in Iraq, which raises questions of accountability for firms like Blackwater that are accused of the unprovoked killing of Iraqi civilians.

We explore this issue with University of Connecticut law professor Laura Dickinson, who is writing about outsourcing jobs on the battlefield.
