Take It to The Bridge
Story aired: Monday, October 08, 2007

Composer and musician Joseph Bertolozzi plays big instruments: pipe organs, gongs and now, suspension cables.

Bertolozzi is using the towers, cables and road signs of the Franklin D Roosevelt Bridge in Poughkeepsie, NY, as instruments.

We talk with him about his progress on a piece he's composing on the bridge to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson sailing up the river.

Guests:

Joseph Bertolozzi, composer and musician
