Actress Valerie Harper remains linked in popular imagination with Rhoda Morgenstern, her character on TV's "Mary Tyler Moore" and "Rhoda." The actress has taken on more serious roles, however. She toured the country in a revival of "Golda's Balcony," a Broadway play depicting the war of 1973 through the memory of former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir. We talk with Valerie Harper about a new film of the play that will be released this week.
