Forget about the beach bungalow in Florida. Rethink your chalet in California. U.S. News & World Report has come out with a list of the Top 10 Places in America to retire, and there are some surprises on the list. Baby boomers are retiring far sooner than their grandparents, and they're not going where you might think. Concord, New Hampshire, and Prescott, Arizona made the top ten. We speak with Tim Smart, the magazine's managing editor, about what people are looking for these days when they decide where they'll retire.
