As Congress debates domestic surveillance, Verizon Communications tells lawmakers that it provided the FBI with hundreds of customer records without a court-issued search warrant since 2005 and says the FBI also wanted information to identify all the people a customer called and people those people called. We speak with Evan Perez, staff writer for The Wall Street Journal.
