Death Penalty Study

The American Bar Association is calling for nationwide moratorium on capital punishment after a three year study of the death penalty in eight states found numerous flaws in the systems in those states. We speak to Chicago Tribune reporter Maurice Possley about the study and the call for a moratorium on the death penalty.
