High Court Considers Lethal Injection Case

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule today on whether an execution in the only state in the nation currently conducting executions by lethal injection.

The Supreme Court must decide if Mississippi death row inmate Earl Wesley Berry is too late in claiming lethal injection amounts to cruel and unusual punishment.
