McClellan's Memoirs
Story aired: Wednesday, November 21, 2007

In an excerpt from a forthcoming memoir, former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan says that he unknowingly passed along false information when he said that Karl Rove and Scooter Libby were not involved in leaking CIA agent Valerie Plame's name. McClellan also says that President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney were involved.

Newsweek's Senior White House Correspondent Richard Wolffe responds to McClellan's revelations.
