Hillary Clinton scored a major comeback victory in the New Hampshire primary by winning the popular vote. But, when it came to the number of delegates the Granite State will send to the party's convention, Clinton actually lost to Barak Obama. Confused? We were too, so we turned to James Roosevelt, co-chair of the Democratic National Committee's Rules and By-Laws Committee to explain the the party's delegate and super-delegate election process.
