New intelligence reports say that Al Qaeda has re-grouped and found dynamic new leaders to replace the ones captured and killed after 9/11. It has fresh new recruits, from Europe as well as the Middle East . But it faces internal tensions and increasingly sharp criticism from fellow Muslims.
