What information should states have to reveal about children who die or nearly die as a result of abuse? Child welfare advocates say a majority of states fail to release adequate information. We speak with Amy Harfeld, executive director of First Star; Dr. Angelo McClain, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Social Services; and child welfare specialist, Maureen Flatley.
