In a new book, Robert Levy presents 12 Supreme Court cases that changed the course of American history, he argues, for the worse. The book is The Dirty Dozen: How 12 Supreme Court Cases Radically Expanded Government and Eroded Freedom. Levy is a senior fellow in constitutional studies at the Cato Institute.

Bangladesh and Global Warming
Even by the most conservative estimates, Bangladesh will lose about 15 percent of its land to rising sea levels as a result of global warming. That's in a country the size of Iowa with 150 million people, most of them poor, and Muslim, with a growing Islamist and Jihadist movement. Popcorn-Popping Cell Phone Video Marketing Campaign
A YouTube video that shows people using their cell phones to pop popcorn has been viewed more than 15 million people, even though you cannot actually pop popcorn with a cell phone. And the video is not made by an amateur as it appears. It turns out this video is part of an internet viral marketing campaign created by a small Bluetooth Headset company based in Pittsburgh called Cardo Systems. We speak with Cardo Systems CEO Abraham Glezerman.
