We've all seen the headlines warning Americans that their retirement years may be far from golden. The Social Security system is strained. Employer provided pensions and health care are on the decline. So what are the options?


Economist Alicia Munnell argues working longer might help. Munnell is the director of the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College, and she's co-author of Working Longer: The Solution to the Retirement Income Challenge.
