Electoral College Doomsday Story aired: Monday, October 06, 2008
What if both Senators John McCain and Barack Obama each win 269 votes in the Electoral College on election day? We speak with Dr. Judith Best, Professor of Political Science and an electoral college specialist at the State University of New York in Cortland.
