Mexican President Felipe Calderon has deployed 40,000 soldiers and 5,000 federal police officers to battle the country's powerful drug cartels. At the same time the cartels are at war with each other over territory and drug smuggling routes. More than 3,000 people have been killed in the drug war this year. We speak with Los Angeles Times reporter Richard Marosi. He's covering the latest front in the fight, Tijuana
